Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the MedSync Pro Digital Platform ("the Platform"), provided for hospital pharmacy performance tracking within the Alkhidmat Foundation hospital network. By accessing the Platform using an access code issued to you, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

The Platform allows hospital staff to submit monthly procurement, pharmacy, and medication error data; allows administrators and managers to review, correct, and release performance reports; and generates KPI dashboards, benchmarks, and AI-assisted narrative reports based on submitted data.

Access to the Platform is granted through unique access codes issued to hospitals, managers, administrators, and regional viewers by the platform administrator. You are responsible for keeping your access code confidential and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify the administrator immediately if you suspect your access code has been compromised.

You agree to use the Platform only for its intended purpose. You agree not to:

• Share your access code with unauthorized individuals
• Submit any patient-identifiable health information through the Platform
• Knowingly submit false, fabricated, or materially inaccurate data
• Attempt to access data belonging to a hospital, manager, or viewer you are not authorized to view
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the Platform's systems

Hospitals are responsible for the accuracy of data they submit. Submitted data generally cannot be edited directly after submission; instead, corrections must be requested through the Platform's correction request workflow and are subject to administrator review.

Certain reports on the Platform are drafted with the assistance of the Anthropic Claude API based on submitted KPI data. AI-generated narrative content is intended as a summarization aid and is reviewed by an administrator before release. It may not capture every nuance of the underlying data and should not be treated as professional, medical, or legal advice.

The Platform, including its design, software, and underlying technology, is owned by or licensed to MedSync Pro Digital Platform. Hospitals retain ownership of the operational data they submit.

We may suspend or revoke access codes at any time, including for suspected misuse, violation of these Terms, or at the request of the associated hospital or the Alkhidmat Foundation.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated reports will be free of inaccuracies.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MedSync Pro Digital Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including reliance on any report or KPI generated by it.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Effective date" above indicates when these Terms were last revised.
